ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AND FORMULAS NATURAL?

We choose naturally derived ingredients in all formulations as much as it is possible, and our formulas are constantly updated to use mostly natural ingredients from ethical manufacturers across Canada, the United States, and Australia. Some formulas are consistent of over 75% naturally-sourced raw ingredients in their formulas, and all of the ingredients used in formulas are safe, tested, and approved by Health Canada to be included in cosmetics. 

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Our products are cruelty-free and are not tested on animals.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Most of our products are 100% vegan. We do carry products which are 'mostly vegan', their formulas include cruelty-free and natural beeswax, honey or milk. You can find vegan ingredient infos on the individual product pages.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All products are made in Canada.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

DOMESTIC (United States)

  • Chit Chats U.S. Economy: $5.99 *

  • USPS First-Class: $6.99 *
  • USPS Priority: $25.99 *

CANADA

  • Chit Chats Canada: CA$9.99 *

INTERNATIONAL (AT, AU, BE, CH, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GB, HK, IE, IT, JP, NL, NO, SE, SG, SK)

  • Asendia International Priority: $11.99​ *

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The normal processing time for orders is 3-7 days. Due to Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-9 days, and International is 7-28 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact us via info@lanezzbeauty.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for health & safety reasons of handling used hygiene products. All sales are final. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.  

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact customer service within forty eight (48) hours of receipt of the damaged product. You must include photos of the issue or damage and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

WHEN DO I PAY SALES TAXES/IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES? 

We are only charging Sales Taxes within Florida. 

If you order from outside the U.S., or if you order from another State outside of Florida, Sales Taxes is the responsibility of the person of the shipping address who receives the products (depending on which Country, or U.S. State the products are shipped to).

If you order from another Country outside the U.S., Custom Duties is the responsibility of the person of the shipping address who receives the products (depending on which Country the products are shipped to).
